Metal Fight Beyblade anime series revolves around the Bladebreakers (spinning top players), who were mostly concerned with winning the World Beyblading Championships. In this anime, Beyblade is akin to a popular sports such as baseball or football, where there are stadium for each battle to rank at the top of the tournament.
The main character is Ginga, a determined beyblader, who will fight 100 beys from the Face Hunters, a group of outlaws who play *dirty* :D.
Kyouya eventually meet Kyouya and becomes friends with him. Ginga will also make friends with the other parties, Kenta and Madoka who are also Bladebreakers.
Ultimately, Ginga and company set on an adventure to become the world's best Bladebreakers.

* Smaller: androids are robots looking like humanoids, controlled from distance or by self. Partial limbs made of robotics etch. care cyborgianic artificial replacements, not mecha.
as far, i havent seen any of indicated things in here, only 1 cyborg boy.
